I was talking to one of those Medio-crites on the phone just yesterday and they were very busily trying to convince me to eat more cake, bikkies, butter etc on the basis that &quot;everything is OK in moderation&quot;. Despite my belief that when you argue with an idiot you become the idiot, I allowed myself to get into a debate with this individual and got a bit ticked off after the phone call. Your post is a timely reminder of the way I&#039;d have PREFERRED to handle the situation.
